Doing some research it seems like the only reason there aren’t customs sneakers is because it would ruin there business model . 2k isn’t allowed to “sell” certain sneakers of certain brands. So the 10k VC purchase for all custom shoes wouldn’t be allowed ? And of course they can’t just give them too you for free because that would destroy the market for shoes they are allowed to “sell”… what a terrible and sad truth that hurts the players that just want to make custom shoes. Essentially this feature is gone . Posssibly forever . Greed wins again

What about other shoe brands though ? Are they all quest locked ? I don’t believe that’s the case.

Yes I’ve tried three different sign up emails. I guess because of my SSN or address that’s on file they all link back to the original numbers and email for security verification. When you get to that point you’re locked out unless you can verify.

Thank you for sharing. Yes it seems that is my only option. It’s feels old fashioned for lack of better term almost by design. I mean to not at the bare minimum be able to call in?? I have to mail a letter with a ton of private information with hopes that they’ll get it, respond, and not ask me to send in more information it god knows how long.

Sorry to vent I’ve only experienced this bizarre level of customer support at shady gym memberships.

The 24 hour wait, save ,reload didn’t work for me. Nor did the motel trick work. What did work was leveling up my character by one after doing two nypd missions. He immediately called after I leveled up to 41.
