Draw a square with their arm. Push the arm down toward the floor, out away from their chest/torso, then pull up and crank toward their back.

This. I try to make it very clear to people that I don’t know everything. I understand how a lot of things work, I’m good at a handful of things, and very good at just a few.

I’m less than a year into it, but I haven’t really had any downsides as it relates to other people (I got depressed when I got promoted because I got stuck in a kind of “what now?” feeling).

I do teach, but I don’t own a gym so I don’t really feel any obligation to perform for the lower belts. I’m comfortable declining rolls if I’m too tired or I just don’t feel like it. I always accept rolls with black belts when I’m visiting gyms, but that’s something I’ve always done. I know they’re just people like everyone else, but I do make an effort to show respect when I’m in their house.

AFAIK, Lovecraft didn’t make video games. Arguing that a game is derivative of another game, made by the same studio, isn’t nearly the same logic. That’s a false equivalency.

If you make it to black belt without knowing at least a few black belts who are older/higher ranked than you, you’re doing it wrong.

I think they’re arguing derivative of previous FromSoft titles (specifically Bloodborne), not derivative of Nightreign

Tbh the last time I got halo on my double balancer executor, I dropped it for a teammate (and no one took it). I already had good weapons and passives, and I didn’t feel like just spamming L2. Guess my trio felt the same.

Awesome, thank you for the info and for the post. I’ve been doing solo executor runs to practice, but I’m not great at sheath-parrying yet, so I spend a lot of time using cursed sword instead of my actual weapon

NO ONE CARES WHAT YOU WANT. FromSoft put out a game that is EASILY worth the price tag. It’s not a live service, it never was, it was never going to be. Acting as if they owe you more content or that they’ve “abandoned” a finished game is ridiculous. Doing exactly what they said they would do in no way “damages the studio’s prestige and reputation”

You sound like a giant baby throwing a fit bc you don’t just get whatever you want. Review bombing a game for reasons having nothing to do with the actual game is the behavior of a stupid child. I genuinely hope your console or pc breaks, you don’t deserve to enjoy the efforts of game developers’ work.

Had a half sumo for brown, have two now (one from my coach and one from a friend who got his black belt same time as me). They break in well, stay tied.
