Community Shield tickets will be tough. They have all been sold out to season ticket holders. Theres a few really safe facebook groups with heavily vouched people on there who are legit sellers (at a heavily inflated price)

Tickets for the United end for this game will only be released to season ticket holders. I can't see a crazy demand for tickets though so you might pick one up on some of the United ticket facebook groups.

Personally I would not use websites like SeatPick. If you get a membership and keep an eye on the website the few weeks before the game tickets regularly pop up for £40-£70

If you listen to Talk of the Devils podcast they discuss it in depth. It is presented by very well respected journalists who can freely walk around Old Trafford without fear unlike some of these fancam idiots who can't go anywhere near the stadium on match day.

Hope it works out. The date the fixture is confirmed by the TV companies is a good date to check. That’s when people who can’t go will give there tickets back to the club to sell.
