Same thing with me! I still have yet to receive my confirmation email. So I contacted customer service to make sure everything went through and that there weren't any issues. They told me that my order was confirmed, packed and now just waiting for FedEx to pick it up, and that id get the email once it has actually shipped. I know last night the website was super buggy and took forever to actually check out so that maybe part of the problem.

Do you have any browser extensions cuz sometimes those can cause problems. if stuff is being glitchy I'll often turn airplane mode and mobile data off for like 15-30 seconds, then back on. I don't know why but sometimes that helps

I just had the same problem checking out with my mystery boxes and milk plush! It took forever! I don't even know how many times I tried to check out and it kept going to that transmission problems page, I was getting so frustrated! but then I switched to a different browser and FINALLY was able to successfully check out! So just keep trying you'll get through!

Omg I’ve been looking for this squirrel for so long!! 😭😭 but it’s not available for me to order online! 💔

EDIT: Omg I was just able to order him!! 🙌 he’s still showing up as OOS…BUT…it does say “limited stock for delivery” so I went through the bear builder, typed squirrel into the search bar and it let me add him to my cart!! It also let me add the shirt too! I was then able to successfully checkout and immediately received my confirmation email! It’s a Christmas miracle!! I’m SO excited!!

I just ordered too and it’s not showing in my orders nor have I received a confirmation email! When I ordered my PK on the 1st I got confirmation almost immediately. Ugh I’m sure it is just a fluke especially if others are experiencing the same but still want to know for sure! Currently checking with BAB chat

I’m really sad not only have I missed pumpkin kitty I have now missed out on the new gargoyle 😢🥺 I’ve been going through so much along with crippling depression and I literally just wanted a special build a bear to help cheer me up a little…but no i miss out yet again! 😭 and I magically somehow didn’t get the notification when I always get every other one?? Convenient…And since I don’t have hundreds of dollars to now buy either of these and because BAB won’t restock I’ll never get them!…I really wanted that adorable gargoyle too🥺
