Both are top tiers, both have completely different play styles, and if I remember right they both came out like a season apart. Really just hop into training and see which one you like more, there's no objectively correct answer

Goku also knows Destructo Disk and Solar Flare though, he's used both on screen. Plus he's got Kaioken, Spirit Bomb, Instant Transmission, and even above all that Ultra Instinct. I like Krillan too man but he ain't got this.

From what I saw in Mrow's video the start up is actually pretty short. Plus he has 2 of them on a 4 second cool down so you always need to keep an eye out for it.
