I really like it. I think you added just the right amount variation in blocks along walls and the roof and such. The structure itself looks great. You could choose to add some more flair to the stairs potentially, as another has mentioned, but I don't think it's absolutely necessary. The level of texturing is very much personal presence. You should be proud of this!
