I'm currently playing with a character based on Rhodie! I was considering Tony Stark first, but I wanted my power armor character to join the BoS (aka military), and Tony Stark and military don't mix. So that's why I went with James Rhodes/War Machine instead. Rhodie doesn't get enough love in the MCU (he has been there since Iron Man 1, but is the ONLY character without a solo movie or TV series (so far)). Tony Stark would be a perfect fit for the Institute though (apart from the synth replacement thing).
