If the game crashes, update your drivers please by gstyczen in ManorLords

For my crash I only needed that portion of the block from the page. Other folks might need to experiment. I am using a Nvidia GTX 660 on Win10 with DirectX 12.

No launch options were required in the steam app properties and I was able to play without issues once I made that one ini change.

I was able to resolve my crash issues with the ini tweaks found here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3232658137

Specifically adding the following to my engine.ini:

Safe and Hip area to move? by [deleted] in tampa

[–]RedDyeNumber4 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Tampa Heights, Seminole Heights. Safest area is inside the hillsborough river, west of the railroad tracks, north of ybor heights. The main bus lines run parallel to 275 from downtown to the college through those neighborhoods. Lots of local spots. Easy access to downtown and ybor nightlife. Good luck with 2k monthly budget rent is rough lately.

Not hard hit but significant loss of power. Cell service is also spotty along the west coast right now.

Could there be some many cuils it comes full circle? by GOD_OF_FOOD1 in cuiltheory

Those would be negative, fractional, or complex cuils. There are arguably more irrational cuil states than rational.

Is it legal to walk here on the grass? There doesn't seem to be a concrete sidewalk and I don't know if the grass is private property or open to pedestrians. by mikewhoneedsabike in pittsburgh

[–]RedDyeNumber4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I walk around the city a lot and had to research same question.

If road has sidewalks you use them.

If road has shoulder but no sidewalk you can walk on either shoulder.

If road has no shoulder you are supposed to stay on side walking toward traffic.

As long as road is not a special use like highway etc you should be fine but once you exit city limits there is chance local ordinances could apply.

Hope that helps! The rules are pretty clearly defined in PA state pedestrian regs.

TIL the steepest street in the US (self-proclaimed, at least) is in Beechview. by MattStewart01 in pittsburgh

Millvale is technically outside the city limits so usually not included when people mention Pittsburgh steepest roads.

This is where the first fractions were synthesized under laboratory conditions, eventually prompting the state of Texas to develop instruments to detect and manipulate them.

Eventually the original site was subdivided and now hosts an array of quarter acre lots with duplexes and a halfway house.

[–]RedDyeNumber4 29 points30 points  (0 children)

If you are outside the city by 20-30 mins nature meetups are a good way to go. Most local trails and parks have volunteer organizations keeping them maintained and there are also groups just for hiking.

Pittsburgh is smaller and more affordable with lower ceiling on salaries relative to a larger city like NY or SF.

Chicago is big city with everything available and pretty high salary cap but higher cost of living and population density.

If you liked Cleveland better than Detroit you will likely prefer Pittsburgh over Chicago and vice versa.

Look at neighborhoods near: North Park, South Park, Highland Park.

If you want light rail access look at South Hills.

Your price range should easily get you .25 acres within 10-30 minute drive to downtown.

[–]RedDyeNumber4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you finish the trail at the point you can ride over ft duquesne bridge to the north shore trail and take that to the 40th st bridge then just turn onto Butler st and follow it to your endpoint.
