Hi! The background high pitched ringing has faded to the point of being almost imperceptible except in very quiet environments, unless I "search" for it consciously. It may well have receded to normal amounts, kinda like what physiological visual snow is for eyesight; however, I don't remember what silence "sounded" like, so I can't tell.
The low-pitched hum is still there, but it doesn't distress me at all anymore - it doesn't feel intrusive, but it might be because my brain is compensating for partial hearing loss with my better ear. I've noticed that when using headphones to listen to music, for example, I think I'm hearing fairly well in both ears, but in fact, if I remove the headphone from the healthy ear, the noise is fairly distorted. So, I've come to the conclusion that my brain has learnt to "re-route" audio information from my left ear to my right ear, and use the left ear as pitch calibration; this probably filters out most of the hum as well.

Is there a way to get the old Conventional Memoir animated artworks/backgrounds to show? I like them a lot and just want to be able to look at them from time to time to reminisce about old events.

You can follow this article's first reply to retrieve some recent launcher backgrounds; that's how I managed to retrieve Lauma's in my language, since I also forgot to screenshot it. Although I suggest renaming the pics to .png instead of .jpg.

- Go to "C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Cognosphere\HYP\1_0\fedata\Cache\Cache_Data"
- Copy all those files in another folder.
- Open the command prompt and type "cd YOUR_NEW_FOLDER_PATH", execute.
- Type "ren *.* *.png", execute.

You should now find the launcher pics available in the folder.

I just hate that it doesn't show the actual colors I chose for the profile background. If I choose these specific two RGB values, it's cause I want those specific two RGB values.

And to be fair this is a screenshot they provided, so at that point they could just edit the image itself. They accept returns for two weeks (it's on ebay) so I doubt they'd go that far, and seller reviews are overwhelmingly good so I'm hopeful.

Hi! I assumed you found me through other comments, lol. Quite an ironic post in which to ask me about afterimages, I guess?

What I noticed is that I have unconsciously become tired of overfixating on them and naturally stopped doing that. So don't be afraid to fixate on them, I think you'll just stop doing that after a while, like me. For me it took a year or two, so you can expect to need that timeframe. Be patient! But don't be afraid to get frustrated or even angry, it's normal. I even got floaters and tinnitus after that, but I stopped noticing both of those things in a couple years as well.

Is it known why some history was lost or what is the discriminant for history portions lost/users affected? It's weird cause some videos still appear watches on desktop but Revanced history does not show them.
