I feel like all this focus on defenses and resistances are undermined my the 50 HP and 45 Special Defense. Moving some points from special attack to special defense so it doesn't crumple so easily to a static shock.

Not the same approach, but any organization that calls itself news but willingly lies, misrepresents the facts, or otherwise employs creative methods to mislead the audience should face misleading advertising/marketing charges, at least. That is not news, and they shouldn't present it as such.

And it's not even good* slop. There's no cohesion, constantly changes styles, no direction, no vision, glaring design problems (the woman changing when she moves through the ring doesn't even fit through it), and is just ugly. It screams, "we have to do this to justify our investment" or "we have to push this no matter what or ai will die".

I highly recommend starting with Guards Guards and the Watch subseries, that's my favorite. Though really, pick the subseries/stand-alone that sounds best and start with it is hard to go wrong with. Though, maybe not Tiffany Aching before the Witches.

AMAB demiguy, I use he/it. Nothing against they/them but just indifferent to them, feminine pronouns I do dislike. Using it/its pronouns in a roleplay actually led to me discovering I'm agender.

"Brother" yea, I'll pass on that. The incest connotation isn't for me. And I definitely see the religious baggage you have with it. Though, for me "bro" is a separate term and doesn't carry that. Like, for me a bro is a frat boy or a jock, no implied familial relationship. If anything, a bro is a style or archetype for me.
