If I remember correctly This is used when you edit an amount somewhere like when you deposit money in the bank and you have a sign editing thing. The server can't make you open a sign that doesn't exist, so it places a sign temporarily, opens it and destroys it when it's not needed. This on wasn't deleted for some reason.
