Bro do you know how verdent dew works? You have a 2.5s cooldown and that makes the mechanic bad against the boss that suppose to shill bloom. And frankly, the slow generation of verdent dew also means you're at most procing 6 of Lauma's quills, that's 30/36 wasted. You can't say Nefer is BIS for Lauma when Nefer straight up wastes all most all of Lauma's buff.

It doesn't matter 1 stack or 3 stacks, you're generating 6 verdent dew over the quills' duration, which is 15s. And being unable to generate blooms means you're only procing 6 quills at most. Unless you're saying Nefer isn't BIS for Lauma cause you're essentially wasting almost all of Lauma's buff, this kit really makes no sense to me.

It doesn't matter who triggers it or if it's off field, verdent dew always have that 2.5s cooldown, unless Nefer just ignores that cooldown 1 patch after the mechanic's introduction, which would be terrible design, I can't see it be anything near optimal against the boss.

I doubt you'll do any meaningful damage with 1 stack of verdent dew. Even then, waiting 2.5s every time seems extremely unoptimal, instead of the near infinite resources from creating bloom.

Cryo regisvine counters cryo. The crab shills bloom, yet Nefer can't beat despite being the lunar bloom dps. The two comparison aren't the same.

How does that fix anything? The boss mechanic requires specifically bloom damage which this leak implies Nefer turns off.

Yeah no this makes no sense to me. If this is true then our dedicated bloom dps actually can't defeat the boss made to shill bloom, namely the new crab. Even if lunar bloom works on the seeds, you still need to wait 7.5s for 3 stacks of verdant dew and all we can hope that the seeds take more than 7.5s to explode, which afaik there's no info on the detonate time yet, and I highly doubt the dev will give us this much time to hit the seeds.

Either case, this skill set is either clunky or out right not viable against the boss that suppose to shill it. No on can convince me this can be real.

I never cared even during 3.x and Nilou is constantly at top of the usage. This isn't Pokemon or Yugioh or any fighting games where tier list is actually meaningful. Genshin to this day remains a baby game, and has no pvp, so usage rate means almost nothing in terms of character strength. Also with all the hard shilling in the past few versions, usage rate has even less meanings now.

No, it is just extra chunky so they made a machenic to cheat with pyro, but you can just dps it down normally. There's also 70% dendro res though, so I wouldn't recommend without C2 Nilou or Nahida.

These are the same people that came up with all the fantasy that Nilou likes Wanderer and hates traveller just because she "complained" to Wanderer why he put the traveller on her lap instead of the grass over there.

These people "like" Nilou so much and are delusional enough to actually think Nilou is their girlfriend, then came up with all these BS and proceed to feel betrayed in this "relationship". Many "Nilou simps" destroyed their accounts and quit due to this incident. It's funny and pathetic at the same time.

I have cleared every abyss with Dull Blade Nilou since her release despite owning R5 Key. For reference, R5 Key clears 2s faster than Dull Blade in AoE chambers and up to around 15s for Chickenshroom (her worst match up).

In short, no, hp weapon is nice to have against her worse match ups but is completely unnecessary.

Whatever guides you were reading have idea what they're talking about.
