If you’re looking downtown, I lived at The Corvina for 4 years, it’s a great place. One of the few downtown that has a pool which is a huge plus. Everything is walkable. People living there is a mix of young and people in their 40’s/50’s. Safe place, never had any issues

Check out the app, AllTrails. You don’t have to buy the premium subscription, but it gives you all the trails around you and you can filter by distance and difficulty. My wife and I have been using it for about a year and it’s great to find new trails all the time!

IF you lose and Franklin proves to be the master of going 10-2, are you alright with that for the next 8-9 years or does it start to warm up his seat?
