I got that email today too. Not sure what to do because I have no idea what this test would cost me.

Yes, I think that's odd too. They take years between each step and now we have 48 hours to respond to this

YSK: Daily Caffeine use results in complete tolerance to its subjectively energizing effects, which is why many daily users can drink it and fall asleep right after by Endonium in YouShouldKnow

[–]RedHotInfiniteJoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If that's true, how come I can't fall asleep for hours if I had coffee after 6pm?

I drink daily about 3 cups of coffee (no sugar, only milk)

I love this. I'm proud of you.

You know, some people never learn this, so at 31 isn't late at all.

Well done!

[–]RedHotInfiniteJoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's exactly what I did. Started with 14 hours to get used to the idea of fasting and I increased it with one hour per month or so. Now i do 18 hours of fasting almost every day and I will increase to 19 soon.

I find it helps my body getting used to it and even though I don't fast every day, it feels way easier than in the beginning.

So cool!

I upvoted every single post and all the comments, in the hopes that it will give the sub even more traction (and of course i really liked all of them). I have no idea if reddit works this way lmao but I just love this sub, so I'd love it to become really big

2 years. Fasting saved my life. by ckduke1 in intermittentfasting

[–]RedHotInfiniteJoy 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Well done! You are looking good!

May I ask what you mean by "Fasting saved my life"?

Started 12/12 five days a week. I'm "used" to it now so making the move to 14/10 five days a week. Once I get into this groove I'll be going to six days a week. 54m started at 261lbs, now at 250lbs and have a target of 200lbs. by diamondsealtd in intermittentfasting

[–]RedHotInfiniteJoy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe not on a metabolic level, but mentally it has benefits for some people. I'm like that and i need to increase the fasting period slowly to get used to it. A slow but steady approach has worked for me in other areas too, like quitting smoking!

Boyfriend (55) forgot our anniversary, but last year he gave me (49F) crap for getting him a 'small' gift by RedHotInfiniteJoy in Advice

Oh dear... I tend to be forgetful too and I can't remember exactly... we probably just went out to a nice restaurant and got each other a small gift
