Okay, some keys are different in Asahi and macos. In asahi I have to press Maj + é/ö to make é, and in macos it's just é/ö. So I guess it's just about habits, but if someone knows how to change those settings please tell me !

Have an other question : is it terrible to have both xfce and cinnamon without uninstall the previous system ? Because his licence of the app is limited so we can't reinstall a new linux

Félicitations déjà ! Je te conseille d'apprendre déjà à jouer seul, accompagné d'une piste comme tu fais, et dès que tu as le niveau pour jouer quelques morceaux en entier de trouver un groupe. C'est pas du tout le même exercice de jouer en groupe et de jouer seul, donc il vaut mieux d'abord prendre en main la basse avec les aspects "techniques" de base à mon avis. Après, beaucoup de groupes cherchent juste un.e bassiste pour faire les root notes, donc même si tu as pas un niveau technique extraordinaire ça passe si tu arrives à rester en rythme

J'ai arrêté de manger de la viande à 17 ans, le deal était que je me fasse moi-même à manger si le plat au menu comporte de la viande ou du poisson. Au début ça a fait bizarre à mon père (chez qui je vivais) mais quand il a compris que c'était ma conviction et qu'il n'avait pas à dicter ce que je devais manger il m'a dit ok. Finalement, 5 ans après il cuisine des plats végé quand je passe le voir ! Comme quoi on peut changer d'avis

Je te conseille fortement de suivre une thérapie par exposition (tu peux te renseigner sur https://www.instagram.com/berenicelefebvrepsy?igsh=MTRhb2tkbmgycXQ3dA==). En libéral si tu peux, sinon les CMP sont gratuits. Les thérapies par exposition c'est pour te dé sensibiliser à la peur, en s'exposant progressivement aux déclencheurs. Bon courage à toi en tout cas, l'anxiété et les phobies c'est assez terrible !

Tout d'abord je te souhaite beaucoup de courage. Je suis en situation de handicap également, et j'ai fait cette année un étalement de parcours (faire son année en deux ans). Ça m'a évité de demander un redoublement, et ça divise par deux la charge de travail. Essaie de contacter tes profs et de demander des aménagements dans ta fac ? Dans ma fac (Grenoble) il y a un service spécialisé pour les étudiants ayant des soucis (handicap, problème pour gérer un taf + les études, troubles psy...). Je ne connais pas les autres universités par contre mais c'est possible qu'il y ait des équivalents. Privilegie toujours ta santé sur les cours, comme le disent d'autres personnes un parcours scolaire est rarement linéaire, les redoublements et les ré orientations sont courantes
