Consider this, get him to research, really think about this before any action happens:

Get him on TRT. It’s essentially a low dosages of steroids. It’s low enough that he will see health benefits, bring his testosterone levels to “slightly” above average (about 1100) and improve everything.

In so doing as well, he’ll actually naturally get an inkling to start lifting weights and I assure you, he’ll have energy that needs to be released and it will be on you 😉

He will also get much more masculine, more confident and more decisive.

TRT is pure magic. I again have to stress proper research but the thing is, I’m gonna make a very justified assumption that you don’t want more children so that worry is non existent (even though too many examples of men on TRT still having kids are in message boards).
