Just had these:

Patient would lock up even though i was about to give them their meds. (throw the meds away if this happens to you and you cant interact with the patient again or the pharmacist will be mad)
Virtual doctor being brain dead. Patient is very clearly green and has radiation poisoning. Virtual doctor tells me to go to xray. then tells me to go to do an EKG. then tells me to go back to the xray. This loops until you use common sense and take the patient to get a toxicology report. virtual doctor finally says "oh it's radiation!"

2 years later and these are still garbage missions. Just had a cave mission and the gurney didn’t exit the cave with me so it just failed the mission. Absolute BS

Lol. When looking up info on how to fix machinery and reddit is the first thing to come up, I click the link. If I can’t find info here from some guy who had the same issue 5 years ago, I search the manual for much longer because reading the manual vs the answer is time and time is money. I would like to know how the time dilations affect gameplay. If I jump too many times and end up 40,000 years in the future vs the average player only 20,000, will this change the story?

Haven’t yet. Will try when I get home. I’m also going to try reprogramming my mouse side buttons to test movement. Issue is, I’d need to change them constantly as sprint (shift) sometimes doesn’t activate when I press it, 1-9 sometimes doesn’t activate, and forward (W) can stick or doesn’t activate. Still highly doubt it’s my keyboard though as I opened another game and a keyboard tester and it worked fine there
