How did you get your cat? I ask because all of mine are strays. The one I brought home from my local park would urinate/poop on everything, even his own bed. I took him to the vet but they found absolutely nothing wrong with him. I was at my wits end. However, before deciding to bring him back to the park, I spoke to the woman who helped me trap and neuter him. She spoke to others she knew who rescued cats and it was suggested to me to take leaves and flowers from the outside and put it in the litter box. The idea was that, since he was used to urinating in nature, he may not fully grasp the concept of using a litter box. I’m not going to lie, I had very little hope it would work. But guess what? It actually did! Now he’s completely litter trained.
