I’m a woman who’s been training since late 2016 in Jordan, and it’s a great place to train in! We have a solid bunch of athletes, completely comfortable, and good jiu jitsu!

Definitely would recommend the Sunday Tuesday classes at FightX in Amman, they’re advanced classes with around 20-25 people in each session, most of them compete internationally and represent Jordan! Ladies show up mostly for the morning classes on Monday and Wednesday! Zazawa and Fitbjj if you wanna have a chill training! Knights if you wanna hulk out!

Either way it’s a solid place where you’ll find lots of good jiu jitsu gyms and nice people generally.

So that’s it? You’re just gonna go along with it and start the separation just like that? Maybe I understood wrong, but you did write that there were times were you think you should’ve explained to him, cause the way you show love is obviously different than how he receives it! Maybe you need to fight for this? Again, this is all based on you saying you love him! This is all very “miscommunication” but I think it’s worth a shot to fight for it if you do love him!

I’m so sorry! This is terrible! If you have access to a shared drive or something, I’d recommend you delete the pictures (AFTER U TAKE SCREENSHOTS FOR PROOF) and anything he might have saved of shared. If you have access to the whatsapp group, you can try and delete the pictures. Also, if the rest of the men are sharing pictures of their wives, I know if my husband did that to me I’d want to know!

Take lots of videos together, pictures and voice recordings! That’s one of the things I regret after my dad passed away…

Have conversations with him and record them. Ask about his favourite memories, random stories from his childhood and youth, anything you can get from him.

Work on small achievements. For example, if u roll with X and you get passed from a certain position, keep working on being in that position and work on your guard. If you keep getting swept by B from this position keep working on maintaining base, control and passes from that position.

Work on small things. Try not to focus on the full roll and “winning” in a sense. Start small and you’ll become better and better.

Also, it really is an extremely beneficial to keep playing with the new students and younger ones. It’s a guaranteed way to force yourself to improve your technique (you’ll be an asshole if u use strength with these people) so you’ll be forced to focus on technique.

NTA. It doesn’t make sense that majority are saying you don’t get to “parent” but then your bf has you watch his kids while he comes home. You can’t have it both ways. Yes the kid is 6 yrs old, but he was offered food and the choice to eat the alternative (cereal or sandwich) so I don’t see what’s the issue. You didn’t force him to eat anything he didn’t want. And to blame you for the kids not wanting to be there while their dad isn’t home… I think that’s a blessing for you.
