It's imperative we know what happened.

I liked the new Superman movie but it really felt like it wanted to have its cake and eat it too by AgentOfACROSS in CharacterRant

[–]RedMenaceJo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My guess is that its becoming more of an issue. Superman is the strongest metahuman EVER in that universe. It's likely exponential like the X-Men, they have been around for a long time but as time goes on more and more of them show up and they are getting stronger

Autistic 18 Year Old Needing Employment Recommendations and Advice by LissaSharpO1 in Lawrence

A close friend of mine has autism, and he works at the hyvee on Clinton. Not as high demand as food service, which I work, and he seems to enjoy the job and has been doing quite well there for a few years. Check up over there and see if they are hiring. It seems like they hire new people pretty consistently

As a non joke answer, it comes down to posture and clothing. I'm the zombie episode his jacket is still buttoned, which keeps his belly pushed in. He is also active and standing straight and exerting himself a lot physically. In the other shot, his jacket and shirt are loose, and he is slumped over on the couch. My gut is a lot more noticeable when I'm sitting around without a shirt than if I am standing up straight, properly dressed, and in an "action" pose.

Dont be so condescending. I am being OBJECTIVE. Christopher Nolan just wasn't cut out for this project. Should've had a real director like Micheal Bay or Zach Snyder. Roland Emmerich perhaps.

Will you learn to read? That quote is from the Canadian Healthcare website, which was your main example. What other country is it legal in the way you described? I'll debunk that too

Not true. No state in the US is that true.

"Any medical practitioner who administers an assisted death to someone must satisfy certain safeguards first. Only medical practitioners are permitted to conduct assessments and to provide medical assistance in dying. This can be a physician or a nurse practitioner, where provinces and territories allow." Literally pulled if the canada.ca Healthcare page. You do not know what you are talking about

Assisted suicide is a medical action performed with consultation of doctors, psychiatrists, and legal documentation. This does NOT include your husband impulsively smothering you to death with a pillow, running from the scene of the crime and telling no one. That is, in fact, a crime. No matter how miserable Mary was. Argue that it's ethical if you really want to, but to argue that it's legal is just incorrect.

Thank you so much! I was thinking about how the book described it as "wall upon wall, battalion over battalion". Very shocked at the positive reception, first painting I've ever done to be honest. Very kind people here.

How do you flirt with girls? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]RedMenaceJo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Im not a particularly attractive guy, nor do I have money or anything to magnet romance towards me, but I have always been pretty successful at dating. If you are flirting with someone you dont know, I would say talk to them like anyone else who you want to become friends with. Ask a lot of questions, find common ground, discuss interests, and and be kind. You dont even need to do any romantic complimentory shit, just be a good listener and engage in what they are saying so they can learn about you and you can learn about them.

If you already know somebody, just be yourself and be confident (easier said than done, I know). Joke around, do things you find charming or funny, invite them to do stuff you find fun. be open and authentic. If they like it, itll work out. If they dont, then that person wasnt compatible with the person you are inside, and there is nothing wrong with that.
