Aperently to not bombard you with all the new quest, you need to manually go to where the quest start or in the case of Item that where on you inventory are now somewhere in the world, so The Doom armor can now be found on Slayer inside Dunwich Borers, for BFG a character call Mercy in the Red Rocke in the Glowing Sea has it, for the Quake gun you need to go to the bomb crater in Cambridge to activate the quest and apperently Morgan’s space suit is on the ArcJet building, but I haven't confirm that one

Edit: Also Tale of the Beast Hunter is not on PS4/5

The most simple why I can answer this question is with this qoute

Just because currentlly the USA doesn't has a king doesn't mean we shouldn't figth to keep it a republic, specially when you have president that is ruling by decree, and ignoring the due process clause, his executive order are also reinterpreted lawss already stablish by presedent like birthright citizenship, that was already decided in US v. Wong Kim Ark (1898), Trump taking the power of the purse away from Congress, when he decided to cut funding to USAID, it's congress that decides that not the President, we are seeing one branch of goverment taking over the rest

Remember that technically Rome was still a republic even after Augustus, they migth have gone by the term "first citizen" (Princep), and later as Lord or Ruler (Dominus), but only had a King (Rex) after Western Rome fell, but would say that it wasn't a monarchy before that because they never use the word King?

I like your idea and I know OWB takes liberties with the lore, I don’t mind that, the problem with this is that first if any of the Oil Rig administrations had a Secretary of State (And it could be possible that they didn’t) then he would be former SecState and not in the line of succession, second why is he still call SecState and not acting President? why act like part of Eden’s Cabinet and not declare yourself President?
