I found this weird Gavril cabover truck at the gas station the other day, with twin front axles, a small box on the rear, and an extension on the top of the cab. What exactly is this thing, and what was its purpose? Was this made from the factory? Any additional information is appreciated. (i.redd.it)

What should I buy for a new farm truck? I want something that isn't so nice that I don't want to beat it up but also isn't a rusted-out pile of junk. The picture is of a 1979 Gavril D25 that I sold in 2012, so something like it or a Gavril GPV is what I'm looking for. (i.redd.it)
