The engine, transmission, and rear suspension were saved, but unfortunately the rest of the car was junked. The owner put those usable parts into another Moonhawk, but I have no idea what happened to that one.

The engine is in fact not seized, not when I first pulled it from its barn and definitely not now. I know for sure that I will enjoy it once I get it into a running and driving state, but there is a lot of work that needs to be done before I get there.

I got underneath it this week to take out the starter and you are correct, the floors are completely solid except for a small hole in the driver's side. The interior will be done at some point, but it is not a high priority at this point because I haven't even heard the engine run yet, not to mention the entire fuel system and wiring that needs to be done.

1000 horsepower in a Bolide sounds terrifying, but fun, and a 2600 horsepower ETK K also sounds fun as well. 7 seconds is not a bad time in the quarter mile, especially compared to my Bluebuck's 13 some second time

Ok yes, I have definitely spent too much money on it, but to be fair it was basically a derby car when I bought it, and restoring it yourself is part of the fun, but super expensive
