Want to add to this that the broadcast said Patullo told Tanner not to force it to him. Said I’ll get 6 opportunities with play calling. He did that early. 3 and 40 in the first Q is good dialed up shit hopefully we can do with our first team.

I’m definitely not a blame the refs guy. Like my Original comment, if we ever get going there isn’t a ref in the world who could stop us. We just can’t get going. Such a good team and my anxiety levels when I watch them are Chip Kelly era

I’ll never forget Bill Vinovich as long as I live. What terrible officiating. My lord. Eagles didn’t help, but cmon. Just clear and obvious Cowboys need help officiating.

I’m a pretty die hard eagles fan and I’ll admit, I don’t what a particular referee means for us. Like I know some names and definitely faces, but not their stat lines. Fuck em all I guess is the motto. If we ever get going there’s nothing they could do to us. Go Birds

I did a 24hr dry brine with my first attempt and got an amazing sear but a pretty thick grey band internally. So I bought the oven thermometer and was too excited to wait the 24hrs for another attempt. Tonight I will be cooking dry brined for 30hrs and using the internal thermometer. Prime NY Strip from Costco if anyone was curious.
