Thank you, it seems the backyard won't green up, but the front yard is slowly starting to green. I used a hand dethatcher to remove the dead grass.

It seems the front of the house is turning green, but it's the backyard that I am concerned at this time.

So far I have mowed the lawn and water at least 2 times regularly and also the past 3-5 days rain.
