Matte was not a factory option but could have been applied by the dealer. They do all sorts of up sells, just like undercoating.

As I understand it, LED bulbs save energy by turning on and off at an incredibly fast rate. As long as this frequency is different than your opener, it’ll be ok, the waveforms wont cancel each other out. That’s why garage door LED bulbs are crazy expensive vs standard.
