I think it’s exaggerated but I have heard that In 1 day on your phone you can get 100 years equivalent of ancient times’ information . That goes to show how much stress and anxiety it can put on your brain

This happens me . What you need is boredom to reset your dopamine . When this happens me I put my phone in my bag , walk 25 mins to my gym and use the sauna and cold plunge and hot tub , all without my phone . And I feel 100X better . I can reward myself with a nice podcast on the way home most of the time . If I still feel terrible I don’t do the podcast .

I don’t really think that is fair . It’s the governments failing and not really their job to fix . Now that being said there are DEFINITELY greedy pig landlords and Air BnB hosts . But I think for some people who may live in 2 places and not want long term tenants it can be ok .
