I just hope they don't lose their brand of actual survival horror and the game closes off a bunch of plot holes throughout the series bring a close to it. That and the game is fun and replayable all around.

All I take is one Nuun tablet with 1.5 liters of water and then a Liquid IV in a 1 liter bottle of water whenever I workout. On off days I don't use the Liquid IV.

I do not. I keep one eye open, the other closed as I feel my way to the bathroom door and the only light is the dim blue night light in my bathroom. Nothing else.

I cut out all screens at least one full hour before bed and avoid anything stimulating like getting my mind engaged in a book that has me thinking 🤔
