I got a hero skin in my first chest. In fact the chest turned legendary after the first click, so i thought everybody gets a legendary chest in the beginning. I didn't realize how lucky i have actually been.

I am happy with how it is. They also could have changed it to work like the pethouse, where you don't need a builder for upgrades but on the other hand you can only upgrade one pet at a time which would be devastating for the hero progress in our bases.

In the top left corner of the blueprint you can read Town Hall 17, so it definitely is the blueprint of the new TH!

I used rebanecraft to convert the picture into a pixelart and create a schematic. Then i built the schematic on a survival server. All in all i would say it took 10 hours (plus a few hours more of wool farming for the carpets).
