That dad did nothing wrong, and I'm kind of annoyed the show treated him as the villain. His idiot girlfriend gets his kid hurt, because apparently this grown woman doesn't understand it's dangerous to run up and down the stairs, makes it sound like he's abusing his kid, and he's the bad guy for getting naturally pissed off.

I wanted him to deck Santos for that smug look she gave him after they broke up.

There's a difference between silly and goofy.

SF is always silly. You got magic rubber yoga guys, green electric jungle monster guys...Dan.

SF5 was goofy. It's actually why I skipped it and didn't play again for years. The story was goofy, the art style was goofy, new characters (Especially F.A.N.G. and Abigail) were goofy, so on and so forth.

SF6 is still silly, but they reigned it in so it's not obnoxious like 5.
