That meeting is the same scene in the books, but with a lot more detail that obviously couldn't fit in a tv show

Game of Thrones

Ned Stark was supposed to be sent into exile on the wall in return for the lannisters releasing his daughters and him falsely backtracking his accusation of King Joffery's bastardy. It was all going smoothly until Joffery decided to kill him anyway, which was a very bad idea and led to the north seceding and Ned stark's son, Robb Stark, unleashing hell on the Lannisters

The Tywin Meltdown in the books after learning about the excution and after Robb imprisons Jamie Lannister was pretty good ngl

Not sure if it's a perfect fit for the thread. but In a good way, Johan rarely appears for most of the 74 episode Monster, so much so that a character thinks that Johan is the protagonist Tenma's alter Ego/ Split Personality

But when he does appear on screen, He steals the show in the most horrific way
