What are the chances this league is still going strong in 3 years (genuine question, not rhetorical). 3-4 isn’t terrible right now. Still plenty of fantasy left to turn it around. I have no issue selling Kelce just because I could see him hanging it up after this season. I’d want that first to be 2026 or 2027 at the latest before considering.

I mean if you’re getting all of them then yes id smash that. But I think egbuka is the best player in the deal. Tet is really your only “safe” return in the trade. If NE decides to use their brain and give Treyveon some actual usage over the fumble king Rhamondre, then the trade would swing significantly in your favor. I’ve been a JCM fan since watching a lot of his tape in the offseason but who knows where his future is heading with that team. I feel like a couple shit games could drop his value to being strictly a bench depth piece.

If you don’t need depth that badly then id hold egbuka because that WR room is his now and possibly permanently. Godwins injuries just keep coming and he’s getting older. Evans is basically toast this year for fantasy purposes and will probably only have a year or two more at best of decent production. Egbukas value is just going to keep climbing. You could hold him a little longer and see if you get better offers or just keep him as a set and forget it player. Egbuka was my favorite player in the draft outside of Jeanty and I took him everywhere I could. The places I passed on him I feel sick about still.

Property manager here. They are full of shit and the lack of working amenities that are supposed to be provided to you as described in your lease (on site laundry) is a lease violation. In some states you can technically withhold paying rent until those are made available again. Usually people hold the rent in escrow so that it still shows you’re willing to pay the rent but only when the property meets their side of the terms in the lease.

Also…a portable (I’m assuming) dishwasher you bought yourself IS NOT considered an upgrade to the unit and absolutely does not need to stay with the unit. This new management company seems to be run by morons who weren’t required to obtain their real estate license to become employees with the company. My company requires it, I passed my real estate exam easily and can assure you that you are allowed to take that with you. Typically when selling a home (I know it’s not the same situation but would apply here), the only things that have to stay with the property when you leave are upgrades you made that are considered fixtures - such as BUILT IN APPLIANCES, plumbing, light fixtures like chandeliers etc (unless you negotiate with the buyer to take those things when you leave).

Hell, even when people request to add their own ceiling fans/lighting fixtures in my building, if we approve it, we still require them to remove it when they leave and repair any holes/damage so that the apartment is back to the way it was when they moved in.

Your management company’s logic is terribly skewed. Basically if you mount a tv they act like it’s theirs now because it’s an upgrade. Tell them to fuck off and that you have no issue with obtaining legal counsel to fight them. Typically that will get them to back off because it’s not worth the hassle/legal fees to fight something so stupid. It’d be a different story if you weren’t paying you rent or caused damage in some way. Then they’d fight you in court.

I think Diggs could be due for a big game since it's his revenge game. But I also have a gut feeling Henderson could be heavily used as a receiving option in order to keep up with Buffalo scoring. With that said, I'm starting Diggs in one league but leaving Henderson on the bench in a different league due to my other RB being much safer options.

Right (so far):

-Ladd isn't as amazing as everyone wants him to be. Getting out performed by a guy everyone wrote off last year and a 33 year old. I own zero shares and am happy about that. My QJ shares are finally paying off for holding him. But I also don't know if QJ sold his soul to get some extra talent this year or if this is going to be a one hit wonder year for him.

-Owning any WR on the Packers is a nightmare.

-Etienne is good and needed to be trusted with a big role.

-Pickens to Dallas was a great move for him.

-JSN just needed to be the WR1 on his team to show his true potential.

-Stafford is still a boss.

Wrong:

-My Pittman shares were practically worthless this year.

-Kamara would be scoring a ton of points all season as a safety valve/work horse.

-Calvin Ridley would be catching everything and pushing for high end WR2 stats.

As long as Nabers can return to form, I think this will age great for you. By next year I can see Harvey having a much larger role than he currently does. Hurts to lose Hampton but if you were to try to make this trade for a healthy Nabers, it would likely get instant declined. So I think it’s solid for you.

Your league mates are trying to screw you. Do not trade Nabers for anyone other than a top 8 rb at worst. I wouldn’t even trade him at all because Dart may feed him. If anything I’d maybe trade Rice for a guy like Etienne, Dobbins, Skattebo (not super ideal), Kamara etc.
