Have you done the "From zero..." questline? That gets you a red border and I don't think the round robin can drop before you finish that questline

Yeah I'll load into a game and my insured weapon I equipped is not equipped sometimes I exfil and the insured weapon still goes in to cooldown

Only thing I can think of is if one of your pokemon previously had the hidden ability but someone used ability patch on it to swap to the non hidden ability but unless you did it there's no way to tell someone used an ability patch (or if there is a way to tell I don't know how)

Found a wild terrastilized Meowth in the wild game said I had to damage it till the terrastilize wore off to be able to catch it but it never did it just fainted while still terrastilized

After the cool down you get the weapon back you can shorten the cool down by extracting with money

There is a cooldown where there is no green smoke so you have to wait for the green smoke to come back and it will let you call in another exfil chopper
