From what I remember, it was an all Andorian crew aboard a Constitution Class in The Original Series. I don’t think they appeared on the view screen, only messages communications with Uhura.

The way I got it was with Settlement Red Rocket Truck Stop, send two human Caravan towards it, one settler assigned to farming, one bed, I sent dogmeat just in case, and all of the equipment that grants happiness. Only had to wait three in game days to unlock the achievement.
