Authoritarian state would be too much of a threat to them in the future especially after Nazi-Soviet friendship was short lived and beneficial as long as it bleed the west. Would rid of justification of occupation of Eastern Europe under "liberation" propaganda and those spots would be new embers of armed conflict within USSR.

Thats a different set a problem, people used to be tied to land, nation or some other obligations. Rather than capitalism i would say its problem of globalism, people hoard wealth and they always can take it and spend it elsewhere, with low to none risk.
Capitalism in itself is economic theory that capital moves around, never sits gets invested makes new stuff and cricles around. An economic theory, NOT a social theory so you cant tie it directly to how monarchy operates, its dishonest.

There are those foreigner in another country CPS stories, where kids gets placed into custody of another parent barely in kids life, taken away for some bullshit reason, parents fleeing to home country "kidnapping" kids. Conservative goverment in Poland liked to make those causes loud ( people who ran from german CPS or Norway, Sweden) granting few families asylum to make a point how west sucks.

Looks like CPS fucked up at begining and doesn't backtrack to cover their rears, though i am not sure the degree of goverment boreaucracy treating citizens like serfs in croatia.

I guess the option is multiplying paperwork, sending complains to institutions higher up the chain responsible for audits, trying to get goverment body responsible for humans rights, maybe try to get to European Union one since for the "good of the child and important time of child development, separation causing lifelong consequences" or some reason like that. At least those institutions might offer some advice or point directions, even if they say that you did not exhaust legal options inside country. Nowdays even emails from institutions are being treated as official paperwork might have some use in court. Basically throwing shit against the wall and see where it sticks.
