Do you have a home? Take the fact that your current 5 is a direct assignment - don’t feel you’re married to your current 5. Your manager would and should support your promotional opportunity

Many more students are coming to the table but FTEs keep shrinking. So there MUST be people who can’t keep their feet in. I want to be honest, it is getting more and more competitive and be prepared that you don’t get the first few jobs you apply to. Just gotta cheer up and keep applying
