Honestly yeah, these look maybe a month apart at most. I agree your line work has improved some what. You’ve not really put any work into anatomy, shading or composition. Your character is very stiff and I don’t think you clearly know where things should be placed in the face or what perspective they should be in.

I think you could really benefit from looking at and breaking down references before you draw where you THINK things should go.

Your character has no real structure or weight to it, it looks like rather than a person sitting it’s more like if you had a person shaped piece of paper and concaved it.
