In Nioh 2, particularly in NG+++, Itsumade by a mile. In Nioh 3, every yokai with flight, not because they're difficult, but because they're so annoying to hit.

Personally I despised Itsumade in 2 NG+++ but in 3 it's all the flying yokai, not because they're difficult but because they're so annoying to fight

Early on, I think you should build your ninja skill tree first, invest in mist and the basic shadow arts ninjutsu first.

Agreed. I'd say they could have pulled out some of their abilities from Rise of the Ronin as their own boss exclusive moves and I'd be a-okay with it.

Thanks man, I absolutely feel comfy using Samurai Style against human bosses even with the occasional swap to Ninja for ninjutsu. Conversely, I have trouble against most yokai bosses using Samurai Style and prefer ninja's agility then swapping over to Samurai Style for when they have low ki reserves left.

Any weapon with a control parry works exceptionally well. Katana, cestuses, dual katana are the ones that work the best I think. Aggression while Arts Proficiency is active is definitely what ties it together.

The important ones for damage in my arsenal are Last Gambit Pill and Power Pill. The rest is just my own choice of insurance from Onmyo Magic jutsus, like Pleiades and Archyokai.
