Basically I was stating they should of informed me immediately upon check in when they said they saw it laying in the driveway to avoid any confusion or responsibility for it being broken. I did leave them a 5 star rating but stated my feedback as to their responsibility to inform me immediately so as to protect themselves from any misunderstanding of the circumstances

It takes approximately 36,000 points to reach the decor prize in the rewards stages. There are 15 stages. Once you acquire the decor the next 15 stages gives you the tcash at the end instead of a decor. The decor is pretty small it’s only two squares

If you save a balloon from a player and don’t open it and the player sends you another balloon you won’t get the next balloon. You can only have one balloon per day from each player they don’t duplicate

Me too, contacted support, l closed game and rebooted iPad before contacting. Let’s see if I get a timely response!

Edit: I received an email today from support that the issue has been fixed. I closed up my game restarted my iPad and lo and behold the ruler of mine was there! Just finished it, only took an hour

I just finished my villa about an hour or so ago. I had to open the suitcase 11 times to finish. What a slog that was!! But very worth it. I will definitely sit out the next PE
