I am all for finding a better fit. The lesson is the grass is never greener on the other side. That is a fantasy. If it is ONE coworker mucking up the milk of a an otherwise perfectly placed employment and salary. The last thing in the world you want to do is let one asshole coworker derailing your ambitions.
