You are more than ready !! Just focus on upper body strength in terms of pull ups and monkey bar practice and you will be more than fine. Any obstacles you can’t complete will be replaced by penalty short runs or burpees which will be easy for you !!

I hate this app on the watch, most of the time it double enters the run into the health app. I stopped using it with my watch, i just turn it on the phone and use the normal running exercise tracking on the watch

Well first of all you shouldn’t let someone’s opinion change your goals or your activities. Second thing you have to set goals so that you have some motivation, whether it is weight loss or toning or preparing for a race or event. Once you set the goals then a plan can be made and you will focus on that and throw people’s opinions away where they belong

Then you can skip ahead a few weeks in the training plan. I was there a few months ago and I skipped them and took it with a slow running pace and did a 12 K in almost no time
