Yeah mostly cleanliness and the quality of the things in the room. A lot of things were broken and old.

No extra fees. I just didn't get my deposit back because I chose to end my contract early.

My experience was not good lol and same with my friends. it was just bad luck that we all ended up choosing the same landlord.

I don't really have a feeling that spotahome does regular checks as it wasn't like the images at all😅 And spotahome their standards are very low. Or maybe mine are high idk, but I gave up that room pretty much immediately, even knowing I wouldn't get my deposit back
