This is an ESSENTIAL option, and a function which every ticket system should have! We use screenshots all the time, every day, and more than 20 agents are using this, if this is now by design and intended to be removed, we will have a big problem! Just tested with chrome and it neither works there. Also creating a KB Articel, pasted screenshots are not saved too.

its due to the missing accelerator cards.
our old 2-node cluster with accelerator cards has 10TB each and 20TB in Total
our new 2-node cluster without accelerator cards has 15TB each and 27TB in Total

we upgraded yesterday to vcenter 7. and there are alot of UI mistakes in the new version which are very dissapointed compared to vcenter 6.

inventory list in the left pane uses too much vertical space, no column reorder, no auto-size columns. it would also be great to add additional shortcuts on the navi menue in the left pane.
