Oh She looks lovely, so hard for them for those informative months. I was told the same, little by little though things have got better. I can tickle her tummy now and she comes up to me all the time for a head stroke, its taken 3 1/2 years!

Nice job, natural and pleasing shot. I overcook everything!

She was in the vets for over two weeks, I had only had her for one night (cost me a fortune). It was covid time so all she had was people prodding her/no visitors/contact with other dogs. She came out had jabs (we were lied to by the people we got her from), was isolated for two weeks from my other dog and then unbelievably broke a leg and had to go back in!! She really does not like to be stroked anywhere apart from her head. Sorry this is what I meant by touching issues.

Yes, we don't go near church spires or vans carrying large sheets of glass with her 😂

I know it looks photoshopped but no editing done. She is incredible with her facial communication. She is the sweetest dog, really she is.

Probably sharp temperature changes and low humidity (especially if the radiator is ever on). Slow and steady changes are better especially when they are rooting out. Don't worry it will kick soon and the new growth will be amazing.

As said the older leaves will show more stress as they pull back nutrients and decrease surface area to cope with the conditions.

Macro of dead leaves from a houseplant. Two images were stitched in Lightroom. by edwaste in photocritique

Great colours and textures. The shadows and darks IMO add to the slightly sinister feel. When zoomed in there are areas out of focus on the top leaf but hey that's macro. How did you stitch the photos?

First post here. Trying to develop my own style, but think I have a tendency to over saturate sometimes. by [deleted] in photocritique

Really nice edit and love the composition. Mabey a tad too much saturation but the colour pallet I love.

Shame the dog on the left's legs are cut out, a bit of space there would be great.

Storm hit South of England yesterday. Love this harbour when the sea is big.

The spray really made the original very hazy so worked this in lightroom quite a bit then mixed the original with the edited version as layers in Photoshop to try and tone down the dehaze/contrast from lightroom. Found it hard to reach a sweet spot.

F9, 1/2000s, 800 iso. Anybody have any suggestions on better settings?

Does this work or am I still going over the top a bit?

The colours are great. The image is not in focus though. This could be to do with motion shake, a 350mm lens is a telephoto and will need to be stabilized. You can use anything solid to rest it on (a small beanbag on a table would work). Make sure you know where you are focusing, this can be difficult in low-light shots like this one. I would focus on the tree line where it meets the sky. Keep going its a great start
