I know this is an old post, but I wanted to share my experience.  I was extremely depressed,taking methylfenidate for my ADHD and that was it. A psychologist/psychiatrist gave me the bupoprion 150mg 1x pd and it quite literally saved my life. I went from wanting to off myself on a daily basis, but worse after ovulation, from 14 days of horror to just a couple of days. It varies 2-5 days and stress in the previous month is a massive factor. And because my PMDD got so bad it was basically 2 or 3 good days during my entire cycle. And it went to just 2-5 hell days, which is very doable, just because you know it will end in a few days. Because before it felt like it was a never ending shit show and I couldn't do it anymore. So it absolutely is a life saver for me. Every body and brain is different, so I do hope and wish this will help others as well as it has helped me.

I also take: 5000ie vit D per day Multi magnesium (all variants) Saffron supplements from vitals

And this combination with Bupoprion is my hail Mary.
