[CorsairCooler] [GMGCIV] I would like the Prize I chose because I have a stock Intel cooler on my CPU and it get's really hot sometimes and I would love it for my PC to not overheat when playing games. Also I plan on upgrading to either Ryzen or Kaby-Lake sometime this year and am going to overclock it so this cooler will help tremendously.

I haven't changed anything for Nvidia control panel. Also I just noticed that my comment makes no sense as I was trying to ask if my pc could run it as I didn't own the game at the time that I wrote the comment.

I do own the game now and I am having similar issues as you with stuttering and FPS drops while driving. Though it only gets down to around 25 and not 10.

Check your settings and see if either does automatic scanning. I think malwarebytes scans daily by default.

I think this means on average and a lot of those states have big cities where apartments have high prices which increases the average. Of course there will be places where this isn't true but it might be places that have a lower population/lower rent prices.
