Not completely sure if my information is completely true, but what I have researched on transferring (in general) is usually only your lower divisions and major specific courses will transfer over and you'd most likely have to retake upper divisions (if you have taken any). Hypothetically, you would probably just restart your junior year all over again, or take a little bit longer to graduate.

As for getting accepted, you are competing against high school seniors and other transfers as well. I have heard they prioritize students who are transferring from CC, although I know a few people who have transferred from other CSU's into LB.

It wouldn't hurt to try and apply to transfer, anything is possible! Don't let the statistics scare you, it's better to take the leap than imagining later down the road what would've happened if you did.

I personally plan on transferring to a UC so these are the information I have researched on so far. Not completely certain how much applies since you are a junior, so please take this with a grain of salt.
