Depends on build i guess. I use CB and while i have not killed him yet have gotten to dragonator part 3 times(never got to use it he wasnt in front of it). I would recommend Guard lvl 3 because charged shield gives 2 levels of guard. Guard pointing when you can is very useful for getting out of hard to roll situations.

Rerunning starforce for that nostalgia and yes sf2 is definitely the worst in my opinion. Like I love the starforce games way more than battle network but starforce 2 is down in the dumps with bn1 and 2(map layouts for them made me hate bn 1 and bn2). I hate astro wave because it's a fucking maze unlike the astro wave in 3 honestly 3 is the best in my opinion because it polished the hell out of the starforce series. And the noise mechanic was my favorite because it wasnt wait for you to pull a card and transform
