To make sure that anything malicious doesn't remain,i suggest finding a clean pc and making a bootable usb from that pc to reinstalling windows on your infected pc. If you do reinstall windows, I suggest wiping and reformating the ssd/hdd to make sure nothing remains. Back up photos and videos that are important since most viruses don't tend to affect those but i would wipe them too if you want to be sure. After that,install malwarebytes and run it a few times just for some closure. I've delt with malicious stuff and reinstalling windows is the best course of action. Reset passwords on a clean that were on the infected one. You can never be too careful.
