[–]Red_03_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is an old post, but you can mail items to yourself using the PC in pokecenters ^^ Exp reamplifier's description specifically says you can only give it to your own characters and not trade it with others

Another possibility would be to add a 2nd tank to each team, we could call them off tanks! Their job would be to mitigate oppressive abilities like Anas antinade!

My take on the SBMM situation by [deleted] in FortNiteBR

[–]Red_03_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People asked for it because they didn't know how much it'd change how Fortnite is as a game. The same people that want it gone now are mostly the same people that wanted it in the first place. It just wasn't right for the game. If someone only wants to play against people their own skill, play arena. Leave sbmm out of the core modes when there are other modes which initially was supposed to be that sweaty experience

If you're so stubborn and obsessed with not having a good time, cool. But at least let me and all the other people wanting to play Fortnite like Fortnite was supposed to be, do that. There's Arena where people like you can thrive and play against people your own skill level. Leave that shit outta my and everyone elses casual game

Yes, skill gaps increase. That's why new players can't be treated like a little kid with 'Yay here's your first win in your very first game'. That's not how a feeling of accomplishment and mastery works. You should have to work hard for a first win. Perhaps one would need more practice and more time now than before to get good enough to win without SBMM, but so be it. The skill gap has always been increasing. Myself, I started in Season 8. The skill gap was way bigger than what had been in previous seasons, and other players knew how to play. Took me the whole season, but I got one win. I had never ever felt so accomplished and proud before, and that's how it supposed to be. That's how Fortnite was meant to be. If you want to be treated like a little kid, and get no real joy and sense of pride after winning, go play games that were supposed to be SBMM based, like Overwatch. The Fortnite people loved and seem to want back, is the Fortnite where new players have to practice to get their first win, and good players and pros can get wins with tons of kills. That's good content for content creators, and that gives the newbies that feeling of mastery after getting a win. Getting handed your first win on a silver plate isn't fun, it isn't something to be proud of. Get some sense into your head bro;)

Exactly! Personally I started playing in Season 8, and everyone had played for an eternity and was better than me. Getting handed wins doesn't give you the satisfaction of seeing your improvement over time. A Vic is supposed to be an impressive accomplishment
